“Love, Relationship & Chaos”

Hi everyone, what’s up? It’s been long since I have posted a blog but as 2024 is coming to an end so did my irregularity (pun intended). I hope that you all are enjoying my show #Desidhun with Shivangi where I share interesting updates, fun trivia, binge worthy shows and your favorite astro tips too. And if you haven’t tuned in to #oyeradio yet then my friend, you are going to have a big FOMO.

So today I want to talk about relationships, and the reason why I want to write about relationships today is because I have just completed watching the third season of  “The ultimatum 3” on Netflix and the second season of  “Half love & Half Arranged”. Both these shows are based on relationships as The ultimatum is a reality show where the couples give the ultimatum to their partner for marriage or move on, and Half Love Half Arranged is a fiction show where a girl wants to settle down but can’t decide. But in both these shows the striking common point was that people were confused and couldn’t understand what they exactly want in a relationship, and that has been the reason for them for a troubled relationship.

I believe that in a relationship both the partners need to understand and acknowledge each other’s needs and wants. There is an old Turkish saying which says, “we all fall in love twice in a relationship, one is when the first time we say those three magical words of  “I love you” to our partner and the second time is when we have seen them happy, sad, angry, pretty or ugly”, for instance, in all these scenarios. And we again feel the love for them and when we reach both these stages then we can finally say that we are in love.

So, now you guys can analyse on which stage of love you are in and let me know in the DMs that do you believe in this Turkish saying. Apart from these lines, I feel that respect is an extremely important aspect of a relationship and when both partners have respect for each other they can glide to difficult situations holding each other’s hands peacefully. Now, at the end we all know one thing that falling in love is a choice, and being in love with that same person is a decision. Now I hope that you will make a wise decision or loving my show.
