“Small steps for a big change”

Okay, that’s all about the show but today I thought of sharing with you an amazing quote that has been a driving force in my life and has made me try things which I have always been scared of for being judged or failing, so the quote is “You never know what you can achieve, unless and until you try” I don’t know whose the original author of this quote is but I do know that this quote has been my companion for so many years now.

I have always been a person who wants to excel in everything but have feared a lot about being judged or what if something goes wrong but with each passing day in my life I have made it a point to try something new every day and that doesn’t mean that now I have to pack my bag and go on a world trip or try some daring adventure etc.etc., but it means that just doing something new everyday such as trying reading a new book, trying to cook, completing a long pending assignment, calling a friend which I have not been doing, doing my self-care, going out for a walk etc.etc. It can be as small as not having sugar in my tea but it has to be something new because these small things make a big difference in a long run as it helps in developing a new habit or hobby, learning something new can come handy anytime in life, so after trying this method I have reduced the fear of failing at least 80 percent till now and still trying best to completely reduce it but as you know the antibacterial soap also promises killing 99.9 percent germs not hundred.
